Ghost Eye Building Company LLC ("Ghost Eye Build," "we," "us," or "our") is a residential design-build contractor operating in New Jersey. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you contact us, work with us on a project, or use our website and client portal.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and mobile number — when you inquire about our services or become a client.
- Project information — your property address and details about your project — as part of estimating and performing work under a written contract.
- Account activity — sign-ins and document activity in our client portal, which we record to maintain accurate project and contract records.
We do not collect information from you for advertising purposes, and our website does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, perform our obligations under construction contracts, deliver project documents for your review and signature, coordinate scheduling, process and record payments, and maintain the business and legal records that New Jersey law requires of home improvement contractors.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, we may send you a small number of service messages about your own project and account: one-time sign-in codes you request for our client portal, notices that a document is ready for your review or signature, and schedule updates for your job. We send these messages only with your consent — for sign-in codes, only when you request one.
- Message frequency varies and is low — typically a few messages over the course of a project.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as email and text-message delivery providers and payment processors — and only as needed to perform those services; with subcontractors and suppliers to the extent necessary to perform your project; and when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Retention
We retain project and contract records, including related communications, for as long as necessary to perform our obligations and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed New Jersey home improvement contractors. Records of your consent to receive messages, and of your opt-out, are retained as part of those records.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our client portal and access controls on project records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in a manner consistent with the sensitivity of construction contract records.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us at the address below to review, correct, or ask questions about the personal information we hold about you. Note that we may be required to retain certain contract and project records even after a project ends.
Children
Our services and website are directed to homeowners and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
