Agreement to these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ghost Eye Building Company LLC ("Ghost Eye Build," "we," "us," or "our") website, client portal, and messaging programs. By using our website or portal, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.
Our services
Ghost Eye Build is a residential design-build contractor operating in New Jersey. Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, an estimate, or design or construction advice for any particular project. All construction work is governed exclusively by a separately signed written contract for that project; if these terms conflict with a signed contract, the contract controls.
Client portal and electronic documents
Clients with an active project may receive access to our private client portal to view project updates and to review, sign, and retain copies of project documents electronically. Portal access is personal to you: keep your sign-in links and codes confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your access. Your agreement to transact business electronically, and the effect of any electronic signature, are as stated in the consent presented during signing and in your project contract.
Text message program
Our messaging program sends transactional, account-related messages to our own clients: one-time portal sign-in codes you request, notices that a project document is ready for your review or signature, and schedule updates for your project. By providing your mobile number for project communication, or by requesting a sign-in code by text, you consent to receive these messages at that number.
- Message frequency varies — typically a few messages over the course of a project, and sign-in codes only when you request them.
- Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent using an automated system.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming the opt-out and nothing further. Opting out of texts does not affect project communication by email or phone.

- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
- You are responsible for notifying us if you change or give up your mobile number.
Intellectual property
The Ghost Eye Build name, mark, and the content of this website — including text, designs, and photographs — belong to Ghost Eye Building Company LLC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Disclaimers
The website and portal are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep them accurate and running, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site creates a contractor-client relationship; that relationship is created only by a signed written contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Eye Building Company LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, the portal, or the messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a signed construction contract or under New Jersey consumer protection law, which are unaffected by this section.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this website or messaging program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the website, portal, or messaging program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
